In Protocol: Initial assessment completed within 1–10 days of the motor vehicle accident, with subsequent treatment provided within 10–20 days. Subsequent treatment is only considered In Protocol if the initial assessment occurred within the first 10 days.
Out of Protocol: Any assessment or treatment provided outside of the above timelines.

%5 GST will be added to all Massage Services.
Supplier fees are a personal investment that are not charged to the insurance. The insurance is only presented with treatment costs.
We will try to direct bill your insurance provider, but if they do not respond promptly, we will collect the entire amount due and reapply it with payment made out to the covered members.
We are unable to predict your insurance coverage. Your insurance provider is under your control.
We might not be able to direct bill to certain insurance carriers on Sundays or other holidays, since they may be closed on those days.
Direct Billing Policies
Treatments may or may not be covered because insurance coverage levels differ from business to company. Please confirm with your insurance provider before booking a massage.
Even if they believe they have insurance coverage, patients are always liable for the full cost of their care if their insurance was refused, reached its maximum, or was discontinued.
If your insurance application is returned as Pending/For Evaluation, we will need to collect the entire cost of the visit and resubmit your claim so that it is payable to the insured individual.
All insurance payments will be made straight to you within 5-7 business days.
We don't charge Secondary Insurance directly. If there is a co-pay, we will take payment in advance from you and give you a receipt to give to your additional insurance provider.
